Consular Services The passport and visa department of the Consular Section of the High Commission is open to the public between 10:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs Mondays to Fridays. Consular services include: • Passports and visas • Certification of documents processed in Dominica: birth, death, marriage certificates; apostilles etc • Shipment of human remains • Information on working and settling in Dominica • Advice and information to returning residents • Information on getting married in Dominica • Information regarding land matters • Advice on legal matters pertaining to Dominica • Immigration |
